The East West Pipeline Residential Compounds Project is a Saudi Aramco initiative to build six new residential compounds along the East-West pipeline in Saudi Arabia, designed to house approximately 1,700 employees. Developed under a 20-year Build-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT) framework, the project involved international companies like POWERCHINA and was completed in April 2024. The project emphasizes sustainability, with some compounds featuring solar power, and aims to enhance the quality of life for employees and their families.

Purpose: To create modern, high-quality residential communities for employees along the East-West pipeline
Scope: Development, engineering, construction, and long-term maintenance of six residential compounds
